Board Member, Wain Pruitt

Wain W. Pruitt is a key component to Humanity Center4Change (HC4C), as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of King Size Ideas, a non-profit 501(c)3, he has graciously embraced HC4C’s vision of juxtapose counseling, pastoral care, and Youth Mental Health Training.

A life-long learner, Mr. Pruitt is one class away from completing curriculum requirements prior to beginning the dissertation for his doctorate in education.  His concentration has been Pastoral Community Counseling at Argosy University, Sarasota, Florida.  Prior to his doctoral studies, Mr. Pruitt earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Emphasis Marketing) and a second Master’s in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, Long Beach, California. Undergraduate studies achieved a Bachelor’s of Science (Major, Organizational Leadership) from BIOLA University, La Mirada, California.

He’s been a credential teacher in Los Angeles Unified School District for adult education and is cognizant of the various challenges confronting our society.  Inasmuch, Mr. Pruitt shares HC4C’s holistic philosophy of incorporating mind, soul, and body into any behavior modification or development paradigm.  He understands that whatever the client’s objective; ultimately our goal collectively is to construct a new foundation that has long lasting effects.
