👩‍⚕️ Dr. Teresa Ethridge Founder & Executive Director
Dr. Ethridge is the visionary founder of HC4C and Dr.E’sMindBridge. A certified mental health professional, ordained minister, State Certified Wellness Coach II, State Certified Peer Support Specialist, and Supervisor, she brings decades of leadership in counseling, education, ministry, and community empowerment. Her lived experience and multiple master’s and doctoral degrees uniquely position her to guide HC4C’s mission of equity and healing.
👔 Mr. Sam “Sam” Iftikhar Board Member
Sam, a Rancho Cucamonga resident and business owner, brings over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience to HC4C. His passion for mental health grew out of personal struggles, and he now serves as a stabilizing force for the organization, offering wisdom and integrity in advancing its mission.
🎓 Professor Jean Farley Board Member
A distinguished academic, pastor, and retired surgical nurse, Professor Farley has dedicated her career to supporting families, especially those impacted by autism. She holds advanced degrees in Divinity and Philosophy and has been part of HC4C since 2013, contributing through advocacy, education, and outreach.
📚 Mr. Wain W. Pruitt Board Member
Founder and CEO of King Size Ideas, Mr. Pruitt aligns HC4C’s holistic vision of integrating mind, body, and spirit in behavioral health. With master’s degrees in business and human resources and doctoral studies in pastoral counseling, he contributes both academic rigor and practical leadership.
⛪ Pastor Larry J. Aaron Board Member
Senior Pastor of Hallelujah Temple Family Christian Church, Pastor Aaron has dedicated more than 35 years to ministry, outreach, and community service. A retired Lieutenant of the California Rehabilitation Center and military veteran, he brings integrity, stability, and a deep passion for supporting families facing mental health challenges.
